This notice describes the information submitted through the RePlatform Insights contact form and how it is used.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, and message. Company and phone details are optional.
Why it is collected
The information is submitted to the RePlatform Insights contact backend so that enquiries can be reviewed and answered.
Email delivery
Contact enquiries are sent through Resend to the RePlatform Insights contact mailbox. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so that a response can be sent.
Session-level campaign and referral attribution
When you arrive at this site, limited first-touch campaign or referral information may be stored in your browser's sessionStorage for the browser session. This can include approved UTM campaign fields, the first landing path, and the domain of an external referrer. It is not a persistent visitor cookie, and arbitrary query parameters are not retained.
Contact form values are not included in this attribution. RePlatform Insights does not create a persistent visitor ID or fingerprint, and no third-party analytics provider is currently receiving this data. Any future third-party analytics activation would require a separate privacy and consent review.
